What cities will you operate in?

We are launching a pilot in Dublin and Galway (Ireland). We are in the process of expanding to other major cities across Europe and the UK. Depending on the demand. So please folks, join our waitlist to let us know if you want us in your city and to get updates when we are coming close to you.

Can I try the E-bike before subscribing?

Yes, Zyft will arrange pop-ups and in-store trials. Join our waitlist, to get a chance to win one free week trial and receive updates for our upcoming popups.

How long is the Subscription contract?

One month minimum, if you wish you can cancel after your month has finished for a small cancellation fee of 10 euros.

What if my E-bike needs repairs or needs to be replaced?

At Zyft we want you to have a piece of mind, you simply contact us using our Zyft app, website, social media, or WhatsApp. We will replace your E-bike, so you always have a fully functioning E-bike.

What if my E-bike is stolen?

Contact us as soon as possible to report theft, we will try to locate your E-bike and recover it.  Our E-bikes are GPS tracked. However, we encourage our members to always try to prevent such a thing, by ensuring to always lock the e-bike securely.
